The Signatory Superb marks the entry into Vispring’s two-layer spring architecture, blending hand-opened long-stranded Austrian Moosburger® horsetail with hand-teased Real Shetland Wool and cashmere to shape the sleep surface’s feel and thermal behavior in ways a single filling cannot. The ticking, woven from wool, silk, and viscose, prioritizes breathability and softness to condition the microclimate from the first point of contact, while the upholstery layers beneath deliver resilience, moisture regulation, and a refined transition that modulates temperature without trapping heat.

Inside, British fleece wool provides moisture regulation and resilience, followed by the long, crimped Moosburger® horsetail that resists compression to maintain loft. Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere offers a softer, finer transition, and a core of Real Shetland Wool with organic cotton adds body and nocturnal absorptive capacity. The two-layer hand-nested vanadium steel calico pocket springs respond independently to weight and movement, with 3,296 springs in King size for continuous support. The border's coir and wool are anchored by four rows of hand side-stitching to extend the sleep surface and preserve upholstery profile, while woollen tufts and twine compress the filling to a stable depth at every tuft point.
