The Coronet marks the moment where Vispring’s hand-craft enters the collection, capturing the essence of the marque with a deliberately clean filling profile around British fleece wool and cotton. The sleep surface is a wool and viscose ticking, fine enough to transmit the responsiveness of the layers beneath while the wool content wicks moisture away from the body.
Beneath it, the fillings are arranged in three distinct stages: a bonded British fleece wool and cotton layer at the surface for immediate resilience and breathability; a layer of British fleece wool alone for loft and passive temperature regulation; and a blended British fleece wool and cotton stratum near the spring unit to distribute load evenly before it reaches the coils. The spring system features a single row of hand-nested calico pocket springs made from Vanadium steel, with 2,058 springs in King size that respond independently to weight and movement. The border is upholstered with protective wool and reinforced with two rows of hand side-stitching to lock perimeter springs in place, while hand-tufting with felt washers prevents filler migration and maintains consistent support to the very edge.
